Nashoba Valley Ski Patrol

 
 

Nashoba Valley Ski Patrol is a group of highly dedicated men and women who are skilled in the art of helping injured skiers and snowboarders, as well as maintaining a safe and controlled skiing/snowboarding environment. Nashoba Valley Ski Patrol is made up primarily of volunteers who work with a small number of professional patrollers. Our patrollers are dedicated to aiding skiers and snowboards. All Nashoba Valley Ski Patrollers are trained and participate in a refresher course in accordance with national standards and are also CPR certified.


Nashoba Valley Ski Patrol is a part of the National Ski Patrol. Minnie Dole who foundered the National Ski Patrol in March of 1938. Dole had worked to organize a ski patrol for the National Ski Championship at Stowe, Vermont. Roger F. Langley, then the president of the National Ski Association liked what he saw at the National Ski Championship and asked Dole to chair a committee to form a National Ski Patrol.


It is the goal of Nashoba Valley Ski Patrol to serve the skiing and snowboarding public with the highest level of professionalism and dedication.
